I am a Pilates instructor, Lithuanian language teacher, a trailing spouse and a busy mother of two. When I am not teaching Pilates, I volunteer at a Lithuanian community school in Perth, or spend quality time with my family. I enjoy walking in the nature, and believe that the sounds, the colours and views of the nature soothe and heal our minds.
In 2014, while living in Brunei, I was introduced to Pilates. I started my Pilates practice to nourish my body with movement and relieve my mind from daily routine. Throughout my personal practice time I understood that I would like to turn to teaching Pilates, which led me to take my first Mat certification with PAI (Pilates Academy International).
After moving to Turkey I have decided to further my Pilates education and became a certified Balanced Body Pilates reformer instructor. The time in Turkey has really enriched my teaching and understanding of human body. The experience I gained while working at a small Pilates studio in Istanbul motivated me to further my knowledge is rehab Pilates. After moving to Perth, Western Australia, I have completed my comprehensive Pilates teacher training with Balanced Body.
I have a gentle and caring teaching style which puts the needs of the clients upfront. International private and group class teaching experience has enriched me as a pilates instructor and a person.
